ABOUT  US
DeSo Development Solution
Development Solutions (DeSo) is a dynamic organization based in Skopje, North Macedonia which provides a range of services to clients and beneficiaries across Southeast Europe and beyond. DeSo was founded in 2008 and at present it employees 3 full-time staff and a number of external associates (trainers, researchers), and interns. 
DeSo has a for-profit arm (Development Solutions DOOEL) which provides services to a variety of clients at market rates, as well as a non-profit arm (Association for Equitable Development – Development Solutions) which provides public benefit services to beneficiaries region-wide. 
Part of the revenue from DeSo for-profit work serves to finance the DeSo non-profit development work.
OUR WORK
GRANTS AND TENDERS

DeSo helps organizations plan, design, prepare and implement projects financed by the EU and other multilateral, bilateral, as well as private donors. 
TRAINING

Training delivery is one of DeSo core services. DeSo is best known for its training programs related to management of EU projects, however many of its other management training courses such as in project management or office management are very popular.
RESEARCH

DeSo conducts high quality research in a range of areas, for the needs of public and private organizations across countries. DeSo has strong experience with socio-economic research and strong knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of research design.
PROJECTS

DeSo services include project development and technical assistance related to EU and other donor funding programs, training, evaluation and measurement, and socio-economic research.
EVALUATION

DeSo has strong experience with evaluation work. It has evaluated a range of different projects and programs across countries and regions. Work has included various types of evaluation studies such as ex-ante assessments, interim and final project evaluations, ex-post impact evaluations.
