Objective
The global objective of this call for proposals is to enable civil society (including local action groups) and young leaders to be active pillars in democracy, community building and policy dialogue related to the Association Agreement (including at local level).
Eligibility of applicants
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:
• be a legal person,
• be non-profit-making, be a specific type of organisation such as: non-governmental organisation,
• be established in a Member State of the European Union or in the Republic of Moldova,
(this obligation does not apply to international organisations), and
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicants and affiliated entityies, not acting as an
intermediary.
The lead applicant shall possess a solid experience in implementing CSO capacity building activities and in awarding and managing financial support to local CSOs in the Eastern Neighbourhood.
Size of grants
Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:
• Lot 1: minimum amount: EUR 1,400,000; maximum amount: EUR 1,500,000
• Lot 2: minimum amount: EUR 950,000; maximum amount: EUR 1,000,000
• Lot 3: minimum amount: EUR 950,000; maximum amount: EUR 1,016,104
• Lot 4: minimum amount: EUR 400,000; maximum amount: EUR 450,000
• Lot 5: minimum amount: EUR 950,000; maximum amount: EUR 1,000,000.
