Background

The main objective of the Promoting Sustainable Employments Project (PSE) is to support the national institutions to better plan, implement and monitor active labour market measures (ALMMs). The programme is impl emented in close collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP), Employment Service Agency (ESA) and Agency for Promotion of Entrepreneurship (APE).

Responsibilities

The key objective of this assignment is to support the established businesses created with the PSE programme through provision of relevant advice on applicable energy efficiency measures. It is expected that proposed measures will improve the business processes and would lead to reduction of their energy bill.

Requirements

  - A university degree in energy or mechanical engineering. Advanced degree or/and specialization will be considered an advantage
  - At least 3 professional years of experience performing tasks similar to those required in this assignment; Previous experience in consulting
    businesses on EE measures
  - A proven ability to use creative and effective communication tools that captures the attention of non-technical stakeholders
  - Understanding of the local political and cultural circumstances, familiarity with the employment concerns in the country
  - Fluency in English and Macedonian language; knowledge of the Albanian language will be considered as an asset.
